Em Lisboa, o Philip Glass Ensemble apresenta *Early Works*, um programa que revisita a linguagem minimalista de Philip Glass. No centro do alinhamento está *Glassworks* (1981), interpretada através das peças *Opening*, *Floe*, *Islands*, *Rubric*, *Façades* e *Closing*.
Depois do intervalo, o ensemble inclui ainda *Rescue* (*Satyagraha*), *Funeral* (*Akhnaten*), *Photographer* (Ato III) e *Spaceship* (*Einstein on the Beach*), num percurso que cruza diferentes momentos do catálogo do compositor.
