From July 1 to August 31, on the beaches and gardens of the municipality

Between July 1 and August 31, 2026, the municipality of Sesimbra once again spreads reading across several summer settings. The Beach Libraries operate at Ouro, California, Meco and Lagoa de Albufeira, while the Garden Library welcomes readers at Parque da Vila, in Quinta do Conde. At Parque Augusto Pólvora, the Eco-library brings together books and environmental awareness, in an invitation to read by the sea, in the garden or in a natural setting.
