The Fortress, The Fierce - Fitei 49
about the event
Inspired by the figure of the Galician guerrilla fighter Chelo, this creation opens a breach in time to revisit the invisible traces of struggle and the legacy carried in the body. Through documents, performative actions and embodied memory, the performance proposes a scenic journey through intimate and collective violences before the war and through the way each gesture can become resistance. It is a production of A FEROZ, in co-production with the Festival Internacional de Teatro de Expressão Ibérica and the Centro Dramático Galego.
