A Perfect Circle

A Perfect Circle perform on the NOS Stage on July 9, in a presence that strengthens the line-up of the festival’s first day. Formed in 1999 by Billy Howerdel and Maynard James Keenan, they established themselves with *Mer de Noms* (2000), an album that brought tracks such as “Judith” and “3 Libras”. The band also includes *Thirteenth Step* (2003), *eMOTIVe* (2004) and *Eat the Elephant* (2018), an album that reached 3rd place on the Billboard 200 and topped the Billboard Rock Albums Chart.
