Aldina Duarte

Aldina Duarte takes the stage at Atalaia with “Metade-Metade”, her latest album, where Capicua’s lyrics open fado to a different poetic and thematic language. The concert features guests Joana Sá, pianist and composer, and Ana Isabel Dias, harpist, in dialogue with the fadista’s voice. The harp marks two moments in the show and the piano brings contemporary sonority closer to the traditional core of fado, in a line-up that brings together songs from the new album and striking fados from Aldina Duarte’s career.
