Casa da Juventude de Alverca hosts documentary photography exhibition by the Municipality's young people

The Casa da Juventude de Alverca do Ribatejo hosts, from 22 September to 13 November 2026, the artistic documentary photography exhibition resulting from the work developed by students from the photography courses at the municipality's secondary schools, as part of their participation in the *MEET´FOTO* Artistic Residency.

The exhibition brings together a set of projects that reflect the different perspectives, sensitivities and creative approaches of the young participants, highlighting their path of learning and artistic experimentation in the field of documentary photography.

The *MEET´FOTO* Artistic Residency is part of the ME(E)TAMORFOSE programme, an initiative of the Municipality of Vila Franca de Xira dedicated to valuing artistic training and encouraging young creativity, promoting enriching experiences of learning, sharing knowledge and contact with different artistic languages.
