Chico da Tina

Born in Viana do Castelo, Chico da Tina made a name for himself on the streets with the accordion and built a language of his own between trap and Portuguese traditional music. Over the course of his career, he has released several projects, among them *Minho Trapstar* (2019), *E Agora Como É Que É* (2021), which yielded the hits “RESORT” and “RONALDO”, and *PLAYBOY MATOS* (2024), a tribute to Tony de Matos. In 2026 he presents a new chapter, launched with “Pressinhas” and “Sou Grande no Amor”, in an approach that the artist’s own universe describes as a kind of “luso-forró”.
