Ana Ferraz and Luis Arias Concert

The second concert of the 2nd edition of the Barcelos Fest Ensemble brings together flautist Ana Ferraz and Spanish pianist Luis Arias in a journey through the Romantic repertoire for flute and piano. The program includes works by Franz Schubert and culminates in César Franck's Sonata in A Major, highlighting the lyrical elegance, melodic richness, and emotional intensity of the 19th century.

As in the other concerts in the cycle, the recital includes commentary by Miguel Leite, who provides historical and musicological context for the pieces performed. The event takes place at Igreja de Galegos Santa Maria and admission is free.
