Concerto ”Um Mundo de Canções”

The Concert “Um Mundo de Canções” marks the journey of Musical Initiation with a programme that premieres several pieces included in the second volume of the new Cancioneiro. Developed by the Escola de Música de Esposende with the support of the Município de Esposende, the project extends to the primary schools of the municipality and brings together repertoire from Africa and Portugal. Osvaldo Fernandes’ original arrangements give the songs a new form, in a moment designed to bring together learning, imagination and community.
