Cortada is a band always in overdrive: a blast of noise-punk that runs over boredom and carries the burden of that road that never gets anywhere. If chaos only breeds chaos, it was inevitable that today’s Lisbon would create a band like this. Howling guitars, speeding bass lines, and an ironic voice always shouting.
