Diana Vilarinho

Diana Vilarinho, born in 1998, brings to Festa do Avante! a career that began early and led her to fado at the age of nine. After winning the Grande Noite do Fado in 2008 and establishing herself in the professional circuit of Lisbon fado houses at fifteen, she released her debut album in 2021, produced by Ricardo Ribeiro and with collaboration from Carminho.

The artist also took part in the Festival da Canção 2025 with «Cotovia», where she finished in second place, and released «Uma Carta Escrita» in April 2026. With performances in Spain, Germany and Austria, she presents herself as a voice that blends fado tradition with contemporary sensitivity.
