From Orchard to Table

Within the scope of *From Orchard to Table*, Fórum Machico hosts the premiere of *A Arte da Fermentação*, a documentary feature directed by Ava Ferrera and written by Luís Mendonça. The screening opens with the internationally award-winning short documentary *Echoes of the Past*, also directed and written by Ferrera, creating a framework for the presentation of the main film. At the end, the audience is invited to a social cocktail with participants from the documentaries, special guests, and the production team.
