August Fair 2026

August Fair 2026 brings life to Serpa with a program spread across Praça da República, Alcáçova do Castelo, and Largo Condes de Ficalho. Over three days, the event brings together concerts, instrumental performances, a pairing proposal of flavors, and a space dedicated to families, with games, inflatables, face painting, and other activities for children. To start, there is accordion with Alberto Batista and the session "Sinfonia de Aromas – presunto, queijo e vinho", accompanied by trumpet on the first day, or by violin on the second. The kidzone area remains active in Alcáçova do Castelo with workshops, magic, puppets, and team games, while the evenings at Largo Condes de Ficalho host Trigo Roxo and Miguel Gameiro & Pólo Norte, Joana Gonçalves & Terra Forte and D.A.M.A, before closing with Los Rebujitos and António Caixeiro. On 22 August, D.A.M.A's performance includes a special appearance by Rancho de Cantadores de Aldeia Nova de São Bento.
