In the last days of August, Festa da Vindima takes place, where it is possible to learn about the variety of vineyards cultivated on the island. The program includes the grape harvest at Parque Experimental Agrícola do Farrobo and the grape treading in a public wine press set up in the city center, providing moments of entertainment and musical animation.
