Feast in Honor of Nossa Senhora da Torre

From 7 to 9 August 2026, the village of Pereira gathers once again for the Feast in Honor of Nossa Senhora da Torre, a celebration that brings together faith, tradition and popular entertainment. The festivities begin with the official opening and a convivial dinner, followed by live music with Grupo Musical Paulo Fernandes & Chamamusical. On Saturday, the folk games revive pastimes from other generations, before the performance by Banda Batida de Côco. On Sunday, the celebration reaches its most solemn moment with the Solemn Mass in Honor of Nossa Senhora da Torre and the Majestic Procession, accompanied by the Vila Flor Philharmonic Band. The day continues with more traditional games, prize-giving, a raffle, a musical show and the closing street parade.
