Aljezur Festivities (28 and 29 August)

The Festas de Aljezur return on 28 and 29 August with a festive programme bringing together music, traditions of the municipality and various activities spread over two days.

On the 28th, from 17:00, the Zona Histórica hosts concerts and entertainment. On the 29th, the municipal holiday is marked with an accompanied walk, musical entertainment, Banho 29, Grande Sardinhada à Antiga, Desfile dos Gigantes de Papel and a performance by the Banda Filarmónica de Aljezur. The closing takes place at Palco da Ribeira with more live music.
