The NORTADA KITEFEST is an annual benchmark gathering for practitioners, professionals and enthusiasts of wind and sea sports.
The festival takes place on the riverside front and estuary of Esposende and on Praia de Ofir, in Fão, promoting sharing, learning and conviviality.
