In "Quem te viu e quem te vê", Jel blends humor and memory to mark two significant dates: 30 years of career and the 20 years of "Vai Tudo Abaixo". The show brings back characters and references that remained in the fans' imagination, such as Carlinhos, the Gay Macho, Ruce, the Entrepreneur Addict, the Homens da Luta, the Bourgeois Revolutionaries, the band Kalashnikov and Wanderley, the Brazilian who hates Portugal.

Throughout the solo performance, Jel shares unpublished stories about the show's behind-the-scenes and about the start of his career, while also commenting on what has changed in the world, in Portugal and in himself over these three decades. The result is a return to his irreverent universe, now shaped by the experience of an artist who looks to the past without losing sight of the present.
