Threshold

Limiar is a solo piano concert by João Balouta that explores states of passage between silence, tension and light. Through minimalist and introspective pieces, the pianist outlines motifs that evolve slowly and create a focused listening experience, between shadow and clarity. Inspired by the idea of a border between night and morning, the show proposes a sensitive and intimate journey, designed to lead the audience toward a luminous and hopeful resolution.
