Jonas

At Palco Zeca Afonso, Jonas proposes a journey through the origins of fado based on the album «Maçã d’Adão», in a format that brings together composition, authorship, choreography and voice. The show revisits influences from fado and brings back the extinct dance of Fado Batido, while evoking the most symbolic side of this tradition, between the sacred and the profane. The proposal reworks and reinterprets dimensions of fado that time has gradually erased.
