Missing making noise, Ricardo Martins asked André Henriques if he wanted to form a punk band. André laughed and asked whether Ricardo didn't already have enough bands. Ricardo also suggested inviting Gaza (Pedro Cobrado) to play bass. André agreed, as long as he wasn't the vocalist and the songs didn't exceed 2’30”. Gaza simply replied: “Baza”. After a few rehearsals, songs began to emerge. They invited Joaquim Albergaria (Quim) to sing, and he agreed to shout again. In a couple of months they made an album with 13 songs, recorded it in a day and a half, and called it “Vamos ser breves”. Forming a punk band after 40 is no small thing. Going back to where they started, as if this were 1998.
