Mar4All - Activities for Everyone at the Accessible Beach

Mar4All brings together, at Praia do Ouro, several leisure and physical activity proposals designed for people with reduced mobility, disabilities or temporary limitations. The program includes rides on adapted bicycles, canoeing, traditional games, beach volleyball, an inclusive obstacle course, pilates classes by the sea and SUP, led with Clube Naval de Sesimbra, Surf Clube de Sesimbra, CrisAnima and Cercizimbra.

The initiative is part of Sesimbra’s journey in beach accessibility: since 2006, when Praia do Ouro first received the Bandeira Praia Acessível, the municipality has strengthened the Praia Acessível – Praia Para Todos program and the All and One project, developed with Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, which ensures support from specialized technicians.
