“Oculto do solo” by Sara Rodrigues

In "Oculto do solo", Sara Rodrigues starts from the image of roots, once hidden, to build a narrative about resistance and vitality. At the Estúdio de Criação do Funchal, the work is presented as a visual reflection on what remains alive beneath the surface and on the strength needed to sustain that life. The composition relies on a contemplative reading, in which form, light, and symbol come together to suggest what usually stays hidden.
