Literary Workshops for Awareness and Prevention for Mental Health

The Literary Workshop for Awareness and Prevention for Mental Health proposes two days of work around words, listening and sharing, in an approach that uses reading as a starting point to reflect on emotional well-being and on caring for oneself and others.

Aimed at an audience aged 10 to 12, the activity takes place at the Odete and Carlos Gaspar Library, in Samora Correia, with two daily participation periods: morning and afternoon. Registration is limited to 12 participants and is made at the library, starting on 28 July.
