The Municipality of Alcobaça marks the 23rd edition of Senior Outings with an initiative designed for residents aged 65 and over, combining socializing, leisure and the appreciation of heritage.
In this edition, the programme takes participants to Penacova and to the historic Lorvão Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in the Iberian Peninsula. The initiative reinforces the municipality's commitment to active ageing and to promoting the quality of life of older residents.
Registration takes place at the Parish Councils in the area of residence.
