Plantas Saudáveis na Varanda

In this workshop, participants explore ways to better care for vegetable and ornamental plants on the balcony, focusing on substrates and fertilization. The session covers the selection and combination of materials, water retention, root aeration, and the differences between organic and mineral fertilizers.

With a simple approach adapted to an urban context, the training helps participants understand how to select the most suitable production system, fertilize through irrigation correctly, and avoid common mistakes throughout the year. The training is led by Jorge Almeida from Terraguar and is part of the Planteia em Família cycle, in Ílhavo.
