PLATÓNOV

In *Platónov*, Peter Stein meets Anton Tchecov again in a TieffeTeatro – Teatro Menotti Milano production that follows a brilliant man, but one incapable of finding his place in the world, surrounded by characters in conflict with their own contradictions and emotional, affective and economic fragilities. The staging, which combines philological rigor with a contemporary perspective, revives the complexity of an inaugural text by Tchecov, never completed nor performed during the author’s lifetime. It is presented in Italian, with Portuguese subtitles.
