Thirst - Aldeia – Terra, Gente e Bichos, by Aquilino Ribeiro

THIRST begins with *Aldeia – Terra, Gente e Bichos*, by Aquilino Ribeiro, to build a sensory, dreamlike fable about a dry place marked by traces of trees and shadows of what once was. The creation and direction are by Patrick Murys, with performances by Carmo Teixeira and Bárbara Soares, in a proposal by ASTA – Teatro e Outras Artes that privileges the visual dimension and the mystery of theatrical language.

The play is born from the reading of Aquilino Ribeiro and from the idea of an invented world that, at the same time, reflects and crosses nearby and distant temporalities.
