Summer Sounds 2026

Sons de Verão 2026 returns to the Outdoor Auditorium of Fórum da Maia with a series of free concerts between the end of August and the beginning of September. Over six days, the public will find tribute and cover proposals that move across different eras and genres, from rock to pop, passing through funk, soul, R&B and reggae. With two concerts a day, at 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., the program brings together Portuguese bands that revisit very familiar repertoires and opt for a faithful reading of the originals. There are tributes to Red Hot Chili Peppers, Oasis, The Cult, Queen, Muse and Bob Marley, as well as journeys through rock classics from the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s and through sounds such as New Wave and alternative rock. The 2026 edition reinforces the open-air format and the late-summer atmosphere designed for different generations.
