VARIEDADES

From Parque Mayer, VARIEDADES proposes a journey through the 100 years of Teatro Variedades and through the history of Lisbon and Portugal in various eras. The show combines reality and fiction to create a narrative made of scenes, songs and episodes that evoke figures and atmospheres linked to the theatres of Parque Mayer.

The creation brings together ten actors and six musicians, in a format that seeks to recover the memory of this emblematic space through a theatrical and musical reading of its path and the imagination that surrounds it.
