Welcome & Sorry

*Welcome & Sorry* is a street theatre performance in which two theatre lovers set out to perform *Hamlet* faithfully to the original — even if it means taking on the work of several artists and technicians, in English and without many resources. The premise plays with stage stereotypes and with the idea that neither talent nor technique is enough to stop the absurdity of the attempt. With a gesture-based comedy approach in clown style, the show revisits the great classics through parody and opens space for a good-humored reading of the theatrical universe. The result is a proposal designed for all audiences, combining physical theatre, satire, and a tribute to Shakespeare’s imaginary.
