Talk with... Anaísa Costa

The Museu de Angra do Heroísmo is hosting a talk with Anaísa Costa, considered the first female photographer from Terceira Island. Throughout the event, the guest shares episodes from her career and discusses the role of women, as well as the technical and social transformations of photography on the island.

Moderated by Catarina Valadão, the session offers an informal setting in which the audience can hear stories from everyday photographic life, from social events to studio portraits, and take part in a reflection on the evolution of this practice over the decades.
