Exhibition "Impressions in Egg Tempera"

The Santa Maria Museum presents *Impressions in Egg Tempera*, an exhibition by the hispano-American artist María Catalán dedicated to the medium and techniques of egg tempera painting. Many of the works on display stem from the artist's recent experiences in Norte, in Santa Maria, creating a direct link between her practice and the territory. The show will be followed, in the autumn, by a series of hands-on workshops designed to introduce the island's residents to the fundamentals of this technique.
