Summer Love Festival 2026

The Festival “Namorar o Verão 2026” returns to enliven Vila Verde between July and August with a varied program, designed for different audiences and ages, and spread across several spaces in the municipality.

The opening features humor and music, followed by initiatives such as Cávado Summer Fest, the musical show “TUKANOS” and the XXIII Festival InterNações. In the following days, Praça de Santo António hosts the proposal “Vila Verde e Barbudo em Festa”, with evenings dedicated to dance, academic tuna groups, the local band, and guest DJs.

In August, the highlight is the III edition of Festival Cartografias, which brings theater, circus, and music to Praia do Faial, Praça 5 de Outubro, and Praça de Lhomar, before returning to Praça de Santo António for the concert “Novas Canções da Terra”. The program continues with the musical show by Roconorte and closes with the Folklore Festival dedicated to the Emigrant, in a celebration that brings together popular culture, tradition, and summer entertainment.
