July at Casa do Jardim da Estrela

In July 2026, Casa do Jardim da Estrela brings together a varied programme that combines childhood, literary creation, wellness practice, photography and community theatre. Throughout the month, there will be sessions for families with young children, workshops for adults, activities related to environmental sustainability, and several proposals that invite visitors to see Jardim da Estrela as a space for observation, memory and creation.

Among the highlights are the readings for children with Noélia Fernandes, the sessions of *Fábulas Contadas*, the final presentation of *Tecendo Palcos*, and the workshops led by Luísa Costa Cabral, Ana Grifo, Mariana Pacheco and Marta Fresco. The programme also includes a guided visit to the *xprmt* exhibition, with Lisboa Photo Community, followed by a photography walk, and the opening with guided visit of the *A Beleza Está nos Olhos de Quem a Ve-rde* exhibition, with João Canilho Santos, Maria dos Passos and Margarida Lopes.

The house is open from Tuesday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 18:00, with free admission. The venue offers a library service and a wood collection, as well as accessibility in a ground-floor building and an adapted bathroom.
