PARA UMA BREVE HISTÓRIA DO FOGO

*For a Brief History of Fire* is the second Teatro Praga performance dedicated to the history of the elements. The creation starts from fire as a narrative and stage force, linking scientific, mythical, and human references, from the origin of the universe to the uses and excesses that marked its history.

On stage, the performance invites the audience to look at fire without taming it, highlighting its heat, its violence, and its unpredictable nature. The play features text by André e. Teodósio and José Maria Vieira Mendes and Miguel Guilherme in the cast, in a Teatro Praga production co-produced with São Luiz Teatro Municipal.
