K.O.G

Born in Accra, Ghana, Kweku Sackey, known as K.O.G, stands out as a poet, storyteller and vocalist with a very expressive presence. His music crosses English, pidgin and ga, blending afrobeat, highlife and urban pulse. Based in Sheffield for more than a decade, he has played stages such as Glastonbury and Zanzibar, was part of Onipa and the Heavenly Sweetness band K.O.G, collaborated with Nubiyan Twist and released *Don’t Take My Soul* in 2024, produced by Guts. In Guimarães, he appears as a central voice in contemporary global music.
