The Public Library and Regional Archive João José da Graça hosts the exhibition Mar Profundo, by Lúcia de Brito Franco, on display from 24 July to 17 October 2026. The artist brings together works born from observing the sea and from the experience of freediving, exploring the relationship between light, water and marine life. Born in Lisbon, she currently divides her activity between the island of Faial and the Flathead Valley in Montana, United States of America, in a career that has already been presented in several exhibitions in Portugal and abroad.
