Meditação na Biblioteca

On a summer afternoon, the Ludoteca Municipal de Leiria hosts another session of Meditation in the Library, in a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The activity proposes practices such as Om Chanting Circle, Mantra Project, Babaji Surya Namaskar, Mantra Chanting/Kirtan and Mantra Painting, inviting participants to work on the balance between body and mind. The organization is handled by the Biblioteca Municipal Afonso Lopes Vieira and Bhakti Marga Portugal.
