Tiken Jah Fakoly

Tiken Jah Fakoly takes to the stage with a reggae rooted in African identity, nourished by oral tradition, social criticism, and a strong spiritual dimension. Born Doumbia Moussa Fakoly in 1968 in Odienné, in northwestern Côte d’Ivoire, he has built a career marked by works such as *Mangercratie*, *Françafrique*, and *African Revolution*. Inspired by Peter Tosh and Burning Spear, he blends koras, ngonis, and tribal percussion with the pulse of roots reggae in music that speaks of injustice, hope, and resistance.
