VENENO

Written in 2014 from true narratives of domestic violence, VENENO emerges from a contemporary cosmopolitan universe and from the idea that 51% of the world's population lives in urban spaces, for economic reasons, improved living conditions, and access to work. The play intertwines this perspective with the decline of the family in a suburban context, with text by Cláudia Lucas Chéu, direction and performance by Albano Jerónimo, special participation by Leonor Vasconcelos, and lighting design by Rui Monteiro.
