There is a house. It is not just a place... it is a body, a memory, matter made of shadow. Inside it, a man tries to see. He closes his eyes. And then something begins: a minimal light, almost imperceptible, that hesitates between appearing and disappearing. A presence. Perhaps a woman. Perhaps only the shape of a desire.

Mulher Luz is born in that interval, between what is seen and what is imagined, between gesture and its failure. Starting from a free adaptation of the works of José Luís Peixoto, the piece is built as a sensory journey where language breaks apart and the body becomes language. Puppets, video and matter summon an unstable space, where figures appear and fall apart, as if they never truly came to exist.

The house transforms. Darkness gains thickness. The world seeps in, sometimes violent, sometimes absurd, and passes through the bodies...
