Mariana Leite Soares ABSOLUTO

*ABSOLUTO* is an exercise in exposure conceived by Mariana Leite Soares from the desire to make visible some everyday consequences of tuning, that internal and often solitary experience. The performance places the audience in a technical setup environment and works with nomenclatures used to distinguish connectors, created based on human anatomy, with fitting as the central point.

At the same time, the creation points to the conservatism associated with classical music performance and to the myth of its superiority. It is a premiere and features co-creation and performance by Ana Pessoa and Malu Vilas Boas, in a work where music, sound, theatre and performance intersect.

The session is spoken in Portuguese and includes a scenic and sound setup designed by Mariana Leite Soares, with lighting design, scenography, costumes and dramaturgical and movement support signed by the rest of the artistic team.
